Duplicative – Ever-expanding – TWDB has developed new annual report » 2. TWDB is soon going to be syncing the State Water Plan conservation goals with utility goals 3. Utilities are increasingly being asked to quantify their conservation activities 4. Various stakeholders often asking for more water to be conserved Hard to show work with only top-down approach – Bottom-up takes a lot of staff time – 5. Communicating with other staff to gather data isn’t always easy

For Utilities , Goldwater:  Submit state reports automatically each year based on compatibility with utility software. • Internal reporting for utility staff • External reporting to state and local agencies  Dynamic water plan and individual goal assessment  Annual planning with state considerations in view  Recognition for hard work  Tool to present to city council , utility boards, et al.  Recommendation engine helps find optimal conservation activities to achieve goals  Communication hub allows direct feedback to utility and WWP staff
