Providing people with high-quality organic foods is one of the solutions to the problem of health preservation of every single person and the nation as a whole. OJSC “Meat Processing Plant Yalutorovskiy” has been dealing with this issue for 60 years. It is one of the leading meat processing plants of Tyumen region. Its history began in August, 1953. The cornerstone for the plant’s stability is its production diversity and the availability of such production facilities as the slaughter hall, the gut room, the skinning room, the by-product processing room, the sausage manufacturing department, the canning department, the convenience foods manufacturing department.

The plant has 4 brand shops in Yalutorovsk and 6 brand shops in Tyumen. Moreover, there are two movable shops delivering the plant’s produce to rural areas. The production capacity of the plant is 18 tons of meat, 9 tons of sausage products, 2500 kg of frozen meat and dough convenience foods, 4000 cans of canned meat foods a shift.

In October, 2013 OJSC “Meat Processing Plant Yalutorovskiy” received the certificate of conformity to the international requirements for a food safety management system (ISO 22000:2005) granted by the company “National Quality Assuarance Russia Certification and Training” in the sphere of sausage, meat delicacies, frozen and chilled meat products, frozen convenience foods and canned food production and sale. In October, 2014 upon completion of the international audit, the plant confirmed its certificate of conformity to the international requirements for a food safety management system (ISO 22000:2005) for the year of 2015. SELLIN ING THE PRODUCE

The organic produce of the Meat Processing Plant is sold not only in Tyumen region. It sells well in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District, Yamal-Nenets Autonomous District. There are 75 points of sale in Yalutorovsk and 806 points of sale in Tyumen. The market for it is expanding steadily. The plant’s produce is supplied to Perm, Kirov, Nizhniy Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Tomsk.
