- 13,299 victims have been reported in Road Crash Victim Information System (
RCVIS ) . Among them, 1,976 were fatalities and 4,853 were serious injuries (on average, more than 5 people died and 13 were injured every day).
- Driving over speed limits was the leading cause of fatalities among human
factor, accounting for 36%.
- 68% of fatalities caused by speeding were motorbike riders. Pedestrians
represented 13% of fatalities due to speeding.
- 12% of all at-fault drivers of speeding related crashes were suspected driving
under the influence of alcohol.

Conclusion
More than 5 persons died on road network due road crash in Cambodia. Speeding is the leading cause of road crash which not only fatalities, injured and disability but also impact on country development and poverty deduction strategy. The Implementation plans on speeding play very important role to save live by proactive on some activities which take action to reduce speeding through the Road safety engineering and speed management. through some activities aim to save live for road users and non road user, the speeding action plan will make a positive change of road user's behavior on knowledge, management and tips undertaken.
