Next Steps for Phase-2 Execution

  • Our "Go-Live" date is Monday, August 5
  • The DSD sections that you will scan OOS includes Soda, Salty Snacks,

Cookies & Crackers, Frozen Pizza, and Frozen Ice Cream

  • You will simply access the "GW OOS" function from your TC51/70
  • You will scan the OOS items consecutively
  • At completion of your Daily OOS Scan before 12:00pm each day, simply

hit the SAVE button to finalize

  • More specific and complete details on the OOS scanning process will be

forwarded to all Stores next week

  • After Labor Day we will add additional Suppliers for OOS scans including

Commercial Bread, Cake, and Mission Foods. Just a 1% increase in sales from improved in-stock position on the current Phase-2 vendor group translates to approximately $270,000 annually in increased profit.
