Purpose of Bond Offering
On April 27, 2009, the members of The Church of the Redeemer Baptist approved a resolution authorizing its’ officers to enter into a financing transaction that would enable the Church to construct a new worship facility. On January 13, 2010, the Church officers approved a resolution authorizing the issuance of first mortgage bonds through Royal Securities in an amount not to exceed $5,100,000. The Church of the Redeemer Baptist is offering the Bonds for the purpose of constructing a new worship center on the property located at 2500 Reed Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146. The Worship Center will be a three-story building, with approximately 35,000 square feet, consisting of a main sanctuary, administrative offices, a fellowship hall, kitchen and nursery.
The Church of The Redeemer Goals
- To Build a 35,000 square foot church at a cost not to exceed
$5,100,000
- To defer a portion of Brokerage Fees, Redeemer has committed to
selling at least $1,277,000 out of the $5,100,000 Bonds to the churches sphere of influence. This would provide our members an investment
- pportunity and would save the church additional Brokerage Fees.
- To have our congregation to serve as ambassadors and share our
Bond Offering information with family members and associates that are looking for long term investment opportunities.
