ACS International Center™ Trajectory

  • The IC has long been a virtual hub for information and resources,

however, how can the site morph over time to be more robust?

  • Opportunity to take pause and reflect on the past four years and

look at the horizon, identify new areas of focus

  • Site will most likely take on two initiatives-focus on global

collaboration and adopting a more digital & social media driven approach

  • In late 2016, we added the Global Collaboration tab
  • Help build the case for global scientific collaboration
  • New resources available to share
  • Plans to introduce media to the site:
  • Video testimonials on successful partnerships
  • Address need to help prepare tomorrow’s chemist:
  • How can the International Center help prepare trainees for

dynamic careers in research, industry and society?

  • Asynchronous learning, links to best practices, etc.
