Overview

Globalization P3 invites presentation and debate of scholarly work that considers People first as the engines of globalization, Prosperity as an immediate impact for all, and sustainability as the cornerstone for a better Posterity. This threefold perspective will illuminate the major contemporary management trends that elevate the purpose of corporations and business enterprise in general to encompass

  • bjectives implicit in the Globalization P3 framework. The 7th Annual GM Conference aims to consider

unambiguous evidence that globalization also means concern for a better world for future generations. Thus, Globalization P3 is a lens on the essence of globalization in 21st century. Reflecting on interactions of People, Prosperity and Posterity in the context of Globalization generates numerous questions for consideration, among them.

  • 1. How can corporations grow and flourish by putting the wellbeing of people first?
  • 2. What conditions result in a global working environment that is inspirational, stimulating

and more productive?

  • 3. What can we learn about the relationship between personal prosperity and corporate growth:

does globalization offer the means to more effectively balance both?

  • 4. Can globalization create greater sustainability and contribute to environmental protection

for posterity?

  • 5. How does globalization engage corporations in becoming more responsible and proactive within

the Globalization P3 perspective?

  • 6. How does Globalization P3 perspective stimulate conceptualization of emerging management

approaches in field of Globalization? By addressing these and similar questions, delegates to the 7th GM Conference will participate in building a richer understanding of Globalization and the P3 perspective which the Conference views as the cornerstone of authentic globalization. Can globalization be re-conceptualized to embrace the principles of the P3 perspective?
