• District-Wide

○ Deployed 12 New copiers with new PaperCut software ○ We now ofger surplus items through GovBids ■ Securely and responsibly recycled 7,800 lbs of no value e-waste ○ Clean IT audit from New York State Comptroller ■ Minor verbal recommendations are being implemented

• CES

○ ILL room additions ○ Added 100+ new devices

• Jr/Sr High School

○ Student Help Desk

• Increased internet connection speed to meet the demands

• Over the summer (2019), with the help of our students, we

deployed about 850 computers ○ All devices were checked, cleaned, updated, repaired, and inventoried

Security Related Changes in Technology

• New firewall installed-additional security controls
• Security changes to eSD (Student Information

System), E-Mail, Google, and other internal systems

• Cyber training and tips sent to users each month and

as needed
