- Students will be expected to attend every morning registration
until half term
- After half term, students will have one mentoring session a
week
- Attendance to mentoring sessions are compulsory
- Opportunity to speak to mentor; Tracking and performance
- Preparation for next steps (UCAS, apprenticeships,
employment)

- Year 12 will have one assembly a week
- Attendance to assembly is compulsory
- It is vital for us to be able to communicate messages, events
and opportunities
- All students will be expected to sign up and complete at least
three qualifications (A Level/BTEC), over the two years in sixth form.
- 10 Study periods, not free periods
- Study commitments
(1:1 taught/Independent study ratio)
- Subject suitability and course lockdown end of September.
- Mathematics and English re-sits.
Lessons and course choices
Attendance
- Attendance and punctuality is crucial.
- Students must attend all lessons.
- 96% is the expectation.
- Sign in and out to study at home.
- Part time jobs not allowed during the college day.
- All sixth form students will be required to wear
identification badges

Key Dates
- Information will be sent via the post.
(Please complete and sign the enclosed learning agreement)
- Students will enrol on courses with Heads of Faculty
and Subject Leads.
- We are here to help if things don't go to plan.
(Any complications will be overseen by the 6th form team)

- “Reading around the subject”
- Students have been given tasks to complete over the
summer break.
- Photography is oversubscribed.
Priority will be given to students based on summer work and GCSE performance. This needs to be handed in by 16th August (A Level results day)

help solidify their choices
