Changes from TMM 2019

1. No bib blocking deposit | bib forfeiture amount to be deducted from the donations raised by the NGO. 2. Two types of Charity bibs:

  • Timed Run Charity Bibs (Full Marathon, Half Marathon, Open

10K)

  • Maximum 10 charity bibs will be allotted at a time to NGOs

upon completion of their registration.

  • 50% of the allotted bibs can be utilized for Half Marathon

(register without valid timing certificate and Open 10K

  • Min donation to be raised is INR 10,000/-
  • Untimed Run Charity Bibs (Senior Citizens’ Run, Champions

with Disability and Dream Run)

  • Allocation for these bibs will start 1st October 2019 onwards.

Allocation on request & availability from NGOs

  • Not more than 20 bibs will be allocated to an NGO at a time.
  • Min donation to be raised is INR 5000/-
  • Dream Run Medal Introduced

3. Dream Run Bibs Group Registration:

  • Multiple Dream Run bibs can be clubbed to create a group of

runners by the NGO

  • NGOs submitting a group of at least 10 runners will have the

name of the NGO featured on the bibs of that group 4. Prepaid Voucher Codes – If a donor/runner or an NGO wishes to pay the race fee by cheque, the NGO can share the cheque in favour of ‘Procam International Pvt. Ltd.’ after writing the UWM Bib ID on the back of the cheque and submit it with the bib summary sheet. After receiving the cheques, NGOs will receive a prepaid voucher code. 5. Special Number Bib: All registered runners at the TMM get an

  • pportunity to upgrade their assigned bib number to a special

number of their choice against a fixed donation 6. Corporate Team:

  • Unlimited Open 10K bibs for corporate team
  • All Corporate team registration bibs can be collected by a single

point of contact 7. Individual Fundraisers

  • Dream Run bib at Fundraisers Bronze (first 1250)
  • Any race category bib at Fundraiser Silver (first 500)

any NGO of their choice.

100% of all funds raised online are disbursed in full to the NGO, UWM absorbs the payment gateway charges Each NGO get a unique personalisedpage on the UWM website. The page displays a donation button, NGO’s contact detail, bibs available, total amount raised, the fundraisers who support the NGO and the privilege level of the NGO.

Who are Change Runners? Individuals who raise INR 1.5 lakh and above in support of their chosen NGO/s. Who are Individual Fundraisers? Ordinary individuals who are passionate for causes they believe in and makes an effort to raise funds Who are Young Leaders? Individuals below the age

They get eligible for privileges on raising INR 75,000 for their NGO/s. Who are Employee Fundraiser? Individual Fundraiser have can select their participating corporate and accrue incentives for their company

Corporate: Team Submission Process

Team Submission Process: Company SPOC receives two emails from the corporate portal – with log in credential & another with link to share with employees to register Step 1: SPOC shares the received link with employees to register Step 2: SPOC logs in and approves the final set of runners as per the allocation Step 3: SPOC receives an invoice for the selected race category and processes the same for payment to Procam International Pvt. Ltd. Step 4: Once payment is done (latest by 30th December, 2019) employees receive confirmation email from Procam within 15 working days from the date of payment

NGOs registering for the first time: 1. Step1: Sign up at www.unitedwaymumbai.org/ngo_signup.php 2. Step 2: Log in and complete pre-verification process (fill form, upload documents and submit for review) 3. Step 3: UWM will review and approve your application upon process completion and activate the TMM 2020 application form 4. Step 4: Log in and fill the TMM 2020 form, take print, sign and put your NGO seal 5. Step 5: Send it along with a cheque for registration fees

Returning NGOs If you have participated in TMM 2020 you just need to follow the steps given below to register your NGO for TMM 2020. Please email UWM if there are any changes in the information you have submitted last year. 1. Step 1: Log in and upload the latest audited financials under “Registration Details” tab 2. Step 2: Fill the TMM 2020 form, update fund utilization details, take print, sign and put your NGO seal 3. Step 3: Send it along with a cheque of INR 2000/- (registration fees) to UWM

TMM 2020 NGO Registration Process

UWM Address: 6th Floor, Mumbai Educational Trust, Bandra Reclamation, Bandra (West), Mumbai 400 050, India. NGOs willing to register for the TMM 2020 will have to complete UWM’s statutory and financial due diligence processes in order to raise funds through the platform.
