 Program goal(s) and learning domains  Evaluation systems  Outcomes, analysis of outcomes, and an appropriate

Report Validation

Validation is an easy-to-use report feature

 Ensures the report is complete and ready for printing, review,

and submission

 Ensures that you have completed required data and attached

required documentation before submitting the report

 View/print the report before submitting it

 Ensure all pop-up blockers have been disabled within your

browser before working in the E-Report

Submitting the Report

 Exporting the report to a PDF format does not

submit the report

 On the Final Submission Page, select “Submit

Report”; then select “OK”

 A report submission confirmation email will be

sent to the PD email address indicated in the report

Annual Report – Review and Verification

Annual Reports are reviewed by the ARC/STSA staff

 If information is unclear or does not appear accurate, the

program director is contacted and supplemental clarification
