SUNAH RES is a commercial real estate services consultancy that

accompanies real estate professionals, investors and users in the search for

• pportunities and the establishment of real estate projects.

SUNAH RES fulfills specific missions regulated by the French real estate law

(real estate opportunity sourcing and real estate transaction management) and also other missions (real estate investment advice, project development and client’s rep).

SUNAH RES’s ambition is to initiate the creation of real estate opportunities

and to allow emergence of new projects. The company is connected to a wide network of business partners developed since 1999 by Philomène Rowe, founder and President of the company.

SUNAH RES acts primarily on French territory but also internationally.

• The company was founded by Philomène Rowe whose professional

experience began in 1999.

• Ph. Rowe began her trajectory as architect for well-known international

architecture firms in Paris. Later on in 2001, she founded her own practice taking on activities first as an architect, later on as construction consultant, project manager, technical coordinator and real estate consultant, within the framework of both French and international projects (China & Qatar). She worked on projects for banks, train stations, neighborhoods, airports, public buildings, offices, housing, hotels, etc.

• Ph. Rowe created in 2009 the SUNAH agency, a business development

consultancy for professionals in Real Estate, Architecture and Construction industries. In order to meet her clients’ requests, Ph. Rowe has created in 2016

Today, Ph. Rowe shares her time between the two businesses: SUNAH RES and SUNAH.

• Ph. Rowe was a member of the Board of Governors of the association ICH

(ICH graduated and alumni association and member of the Club of Real

Estate Clubs) between 2013 and 2016 and of the Board of Governors of the AMPLI group (insurance group of independent professionals). She is a member of the CAUE92 and the AEJS (alumni of the Janson de Sailly High School association).

• Ph. Rowe has taught between 2011 and 2013 at ESPI (school specialized

in Real Estate studies, Paris), she coached the 2nd year Master students (Development-Construction major, Communication & Practice class). Her academic career : Diplomas – ICH diploma: RNCP II Real Estate Development Diploma from the ICH (Institute for law and economics studies applied to Real Estate, CNAM), Paris, – degree in High Environmental Quality of the construction, Paris, – French Government Architectural Diploma (DPLG), Paris. Studies ICH (CNAM, Paris), École d’Architecture Paris-La Seine (Paris), Illinois Institute of Technology (Chicago, IL, USA), School of Architecture of Plymouth-Plymouth University (Plymouth, UK) & École d’Architecture Paris- La Villette (Paris). For foreign projects, her international experience (studies, missions, projects) in the US, Latin America, Europe, China and Qatar, allow her to comprehend foreign international clients and partners, respecting their professional customs and their culture. Philomène Rowe speaks French (mother tongue), English and Spanish, and has resided in Iran, Great Britain, the United States and Venezuela. The agency is based in Paris (France).
