MAHEC Telemedicine will follow BCS Board requirements by ensuring Telemedicine Procedures are in compliance with board policies:

  • related board policies ie 4230 (communicable

diseases), 6125 (medication administration) & 1310/4002, Parental Involvement)

  • confidentiality - FERPA and HIPAA
  • parental notification & consent
