Cal Poly Pomona announced 5 strategic initiatives in

summer 2017

The Division of Student Affairs is in the process of

developing our own initiatives that connect to the university plan.

Strategic Planning is an important process to establish a

clear vision and direction, and criteria for evaluating resource allocation.

Fall 2017 – Student Affairs Committee convened Jan 2018 – All-Division meeting to gain input from Student Affairs staff Spring 2018 – Stakeholder Input (students, alumni, faculty/staff, parents, and community members) June 2018 – Draft plan will be submitted to Vice President

f Student Affairs.
