  • Cal Poly Pomona announced 5 strategic initiatives in

summer 2017

  • The Division of Student Affairs is in the process of

developing our own initiatives that connect to the university plan.

  • Strategic Planning is an important process to establish a

clear vision and direction, and criteria for evaluating resource allocation.
