Objectives

  • Definition of research priorities in the selected NIS by conducting

benchmarking studies in each NIS partner country to select two FP7 priority areas with the strongest R&D potential in each country and by mapping the selected R&D sectors in each partner country with and aim to establish sector analyses reflecting general state -of-the art in these areas, development trends, main scientific institutions with their main competencies and previous scientific work.

  • Developing and promoting participations of NIS in FP7 by organizing targeted

workshops on FP7, R&D project preparation and project management. Within the Project activities, it is planned to provide personal consultations to NIS scientific community during the workshop follow-up phase.

  • Networking of national and community international scientific and

technological co-operation activities through a series of targeted workshops

  • n FP7, R&D project preparation and project management.
  • Building transregional RTD network with organizations from Russia, Ukraine,

Moldova and Belarus by organizing a major Brokerage Event, which will bring together the most potential organizations from the NIS scientific community identified within activities of mapping the competencies undertaken within the Project. Network building will be in parallel reinforced by delivering international partner searches to NIS through various European networks.

We offer free of charge the following activities:

  • Information about the project and Programme;
  • Targeted workshops including gaining the knowledge on FP7, the

development of the competencies in preparing and carrying out the proposals of the best quality for the new networks of excellence, integrated projects and others instruments and project management;

  • Consultancy (during the workshops and during the ERANIS Project

run);

  • Promotion of research;
  • Assistance in partner search and consortia building;
  • Meetings with potential partners from leading European institutions

and NIS;
