OVERARCHING GOAL 1 GIVE ACADEMICS A HIGHER STATUS

  • Expected Outcome #1: There is increased availability and access to a variety of

professional development programs and the necessary funds to support those efforts.

  • Expected Outcome #2: DPS has developed a culture that recognizes academics as a

fun, exciting and prestigious activity.
