Pine Point Project Summary • Two-family affordable home – Each unit with 2-3 bedrooms, 1-1/2 bathrooms, 1100 square feet – Designed for accessibility – Compatible with character of town • Applying for Comprehensive Permit for lot size and duplex zoning relief • Available to families earning 30-60% AMI with need for housing and willingness to partner • Will utilize DHCD deed rider and marketing plan for SHI inclusion • Awarded opportunity to build by SMAHT through RFP process 3/22/2017
