- Get safety right, and productivity is assured
- Do what we say what we will do
- Take time to critically reflect on our personal performance
- Make the right thing easy, and the wrong thing hard
- Be easy on the individual, and hard on the group
- Work with our people, particularly our elected Health & Safety Reps
- Make the time to allow people to come on the journey
- Think about how we react to bad news
Some Leadership and Safety Insights

- Develop personal relationships and contracts with people, at all levels

- If we get it wrong, take the time to go back and put it right
- Remember we all make mistakes; it’s admitting these and learning from these that
counts
- We need to be humble enough to learn from others from all levels
- And remember! - Our personal values are not negotiable!
