Projects Projects Welcome Construction Maps Communications Feedback Michigan League Retail Market Estimated Construction Schedule: April through September 2018 • Approximately 6,800 gsf interior renovation of the space currently utilized at Beanster’s, on the first floor at the south end of the League, including the adjacent seating area. • Market and food service areas will be renovated as well as creating an enhanced entrance into the space from the hallway, and a developing a variety of seating types to meet user needs and improve the overall look and ambiance of the space. Rehabilitate Cooley Memorial Fountain (Ingalls Mall fountain) Estimated Construction Schedule: May through July 2018 • The project will include replacement of the piping, concrete and sump pump repairs, new waterproofing of the basin, and restoration of the bronze sculptural components. 04.05.18 ARCHITECTURE, ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION State Street Neighborhood Construction Preview Meeting Page 9 of 19 DRAFT PRELIMINARY AND ADVISORY
