Setting up a fully integrated coconut plant in West Kalimantan,
Indonesia spread over current area of 23,000 sqm.

We hereby introduce you to our fully integrated coconut plant in West
Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Workforce currently employing 450 local workers from nearby villages, besides technically specialised staff from different parts of Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka and Philippines.
We are currently producing High Fat DC - Fine
and Medium grade with monthly production
capacity of 250 MT.
Coconut water plant is from Alfa Laval with Aseptic Bulk
- packing. Coconut milk/cream is produced using
European expellers and UHT technology. These products can supply in Aseptic packing of 20ltr BIB or 200ltr drums.
We are also process Virgin Coconut Oil
(VCO) and Coconut flour.
VCO is free of hydrogenation, refinement or
- deodorization. Packed in 20ltr BIB and Bulk in
Flexibags. Coconut flour is non gluten, healthy alternative in bakery and confectionery industry. Packed in 10kg & 25kg net Kraft Paper bags with inner PE.

Our sustainability goal
Treating waste water from CIP (clean in place), coconut meat washing and
- ther cleanings (floor, machine etc.)
by using anaerobic and aeration methods.
Effluent Treatment Plant
- Using food grade PU (polyurethane) flooring to ensure
hygienic conditions
- Positive air filter system inside the dryer and packing area
- Auto-batch weighing system to ensure consistent quality
in each packing thus avoiding human errors
- Sanitation and decontamination for labour before
entering the work area
