programs and events take place here.
This facility is also rented by both private parties and
community groups.

picnic tables and grills; restrooms; ponds for fishing; ball diamonds; and soccer fields.
Michigan Natural Features Inventory recognizes the

Enlisted the help of a friends group to spread
the message
Hosted informal presentations to community
groups and other boards
Installed yard signs at strategic locations Printed a mailing to absentee voters Made 400 personal phone calls to primary
voters and park patrons
A total of 3,160 votes were cast Yes votes: 53.61 % No votes: 46.39 % The proposal passed in all precincts. The proposal had more votes cast than any
Our Department’s goal is and always will be to provide the very best parks, programs and customer service possible. We continue to strive to strengthen the relationships and partnerships that helped to make this millage a success.
