  • Officers from GLA, LBC and TfL reviewed all comments made

during the public consultation;

  • Comments that would have led to a change of scope, or a

departure from the agreed objectives, were discounted as part of this project (and passed on to relevant departments as appropriate);

  • The rest was used to review and amend if necessary the

proposals;

  • Responses to all comments received were circulated 4th Sep (and

again on 1st Oct 2013).

  • “To calm and reduce, but not eliminate, the flow of traffic through the area. This

would mean redirecting and restricting through traffic to Croydon and other areas.” > Out of scope
