- Provided for the Design / Construction of Veterans Cemetery in Minnehaha Co
- Created Veteran Cemetery Operating Fund in the state treasury
- $450,000 (General Fund) Special Appropriation
- $6,000,000 (Federal Fund) Special Appropriation
- Creation of the endowment fund within the Community Foundation
- States the fund is to raise $3 million by July 1, 2023.
- Any disbursements from this fund shall be deposited in the Veterans Cemetery
Fund for the construction and operations of the cemetery.
- Veterans Council shall report annually to the JCA.
