SPECIFICATIONS OF SOUTH AFRICAN PAVILION  Total area: 817sqm  Total Cost of Rental: R10 290 000  G+1 Building  Ground floor for Exhibit space  (5.49m high)  First floor for offices, meeting rooms, VIP Lounge, pantry, storage ,toilets, etc. (3.95m)  Fitted out with services (AC, Fire prevention system, potable water, electricity, waste room, disabled toilet)  Participant responsible for services connection and metering  Fully wrapped building  Participant to select wrap from the Pattern Book and submits graphics  Plug & Play Space  Participant is responsible for exhibits installation and office space configuration and furnishing.
