In 2016 we acquired 3 new Bystronic Xpert press brakes : 1 x 200 tonne; 4 m; with bending table 1 x 150 tonne; 3 m; with bending table 1 x 40 tonne; 1.20 m In 2017 we acquired a 10 KW - 4020 Bystar fibre laser cutting system which can work with sheet metal max 4000 x 2000 in size; a 3D checking machine and 2 x 4 m by 16 m Kardex storage systems which can hold 660m2 of stock In 2018 we continue to invest.

Finn Power SB 6 (Shear Brilliance)

Linear motor for greater speed. Motors are hydraulic. Guillotine or shearer: 1000 mm x 1500 mm. Max piece size 3000 mm x 1500 mm. Thickness 0.5 mm to 3 mm. Mainly for steel and galvanised steel. 30-station turret. 2 outputs: 1 with unloading robot for fragile or large items.

AUTOMATED STORAGE

Finn Power storage system for raw materials and part-finished items

Manages raw materials and part-finished pieces (before bending). Automatically organises packages of sheet metal before they reach the machining center and pallets of punched pieces after they have arrived at the center but before they reach the press brake. This gives our workshop autonomy during production. Storage system length: 86 m doubled up (making it the 2nd biggest system in France and the 3rd in Europe (the longest is 120 m) Storage capacity: 420 crates; can increase to 510 crates

Kardex storage system

Kardex automated storage system for screws and bolts 1 system can hold 180 trays; floor area 9 m2; 7.35 m high; stores our fasteners and fixings for kits, pre-assembled subassemblies, etc... 2 systems can hold 270 trays; 4 m wide, 16 m tall and 660 m2 of storage capacity; store our clients’ finished pieces. www.tolerie-industrielle-sgc.fr
