Goniometer.

Computer control goniometer measures light brightness and illumination at the various angles required by US FVMSS 108, EU ECE R112, and the other necessary standards. The most important equipment to ensure the headlights are street legal.

Salt spray tester.

Test is done to ensure the headlights are corrosion resistant. It will be stayed in this tester for 72 hours. The concentration of the salt solution is 5%.

Dust test.

Dust test to ensure the headlights are dustproof.

Vibration test.

Simulates the rough condition that the lamps will go through when mounted

• n the vehicles. It tests to make sure

that there is no evidence of material weakness, lens or reflector rotation, and or displacement that could cause a product to function incorrectly.

Temperature and humidity chamber.

The test is done under 69℃, 90% humidity to ensure the headlights still to work in the bad weather condition.

Thermal imager.

This equipment will help us to figure

• ut the temperature anywhere inside.

So as to judge if the heat is well

• dissipation. In particular, we must

ensure the junction temperature of LEDs is less than the Max junction temperature otherwise the lifespan of the LEDs will be discounted largely.
