PRODUCTION PLANNING

PLANNING DEPARTMENT IS PREPARE WEEKLY,MONTHLY AND MASTER PLANS FOR EACH STAGE OF PRODUCTION PROCESS AND ENTER INTO THE DATABASE AFTER RECEIVED ORDERS.

FABRIC WAREHOUSE

NCE keeps the fabric required for it’s order in an organized warehouse. At NCE, we believe in keeping a proper inventory system for warehousing as well as random fabric inspection of incoming fabrics from our suppliers in China, Taiwan and other parts of the world. It’s just to make sure that the product integrity is taken care of and try to “ keep the things right from the very first stage”.

CUTTING

NCE cutting department is taking care of every possible aspect of a perfect input for it’s stitching department, right from layering of fabric till tagged bundling of the cut panels. The team is headed by an individual having vast experience of Pakistan, Jordan and Egypt. The cutting process is carried out with the concept of global safety compliance. The department has a daily cutting capacity of 20000 units which is even extendable.

SEWING

NCE is presently working on 250 machines and producing around 240000 units every month. A machine mix of Computerized “Siruba” and “Sun Star” has following break up; Lock Stitch : 115 & Flat Lock: 25 & Over lock: 90 & Specialized: 20 Apart from the operational hardware, NCE has expansion possibility of 350 available machines from December 2015.

QUALITY CONTROL & PACKAGING

AFTER COMPLETION OF SEWING PROCESS,THE GARMENTS ARE TAKEN TO QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT WHERE IRONINGAND PACKAGING PROCESSES ARE DONE ACCORDING TO THE QUALITY STANDARTS PREDERMINED BY THE CLIENTS.
