Dirk T. Schmitt

Dirk T. Schmitt advises clients on strategic communications, crises and M&A transactions. He advised on more than 60 domestic and international transactions. Dirk was Chief Representative of a Dax-30-company and external spokesperson for various banks and private equity firms. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of an international consultancy. Dirk earned Master degrees in Political Science and Business Administration at the Universities of Mannheim, St. Gallen, and Toronto. He has been honored with a number of awards, including “Spokesperson of the year” of the Federal Association of Press Officers. Previously, he held leadership investment banking positions in London and Zurich.
