  8.  Establish and Embed the new Vision and Values  Develop the role of leaders at all levels  Build on high expectations of teaching and learning – develop Growth Mindset ensuring challenge for all  Embed our anti-bullying strategies ensuring all pupils understand the impact of bullying and prejudice behaviour  To build on the strengths from last year, raising outcomes across the core subjects. In particular a focus on writing, especially boys. To increase the number of children achieving Greater Depth in Reading and Maths.
