Objectives ASEAN Bioeconomy Cooperation

1) Platform for ASEAN economies to share knowledge and best practices

• n policy strategies, actions and joint activities to promote innovation
• f Bioeconomy for economic sustainability.

2) Encourage Bioeconomy collaborations interfacing both public and private sectors of ASEAN economies every year to strengthen dialogue among governments, academia and businesses. 3) Bioeconomy as the innovative ecosystem to address cross-cutting issues in the ASEAN region which include environmental sustainability, food security and affordable healthcare. There is yet to have a coherent effort to stimulate collaborative opportunities for ASEAN
