SLIDE 2 From the President
Welcome sponsors, members, families and distinguished guests to the 2017/18 Club Presentation night. This won’t be as long as the Royal Wedding speeches, we have lots to get on with and celebrate so let’s get some food, drinks at the bar
- utside and roll on with the good stuff!
A lot has changed in the last couple of years, we’ve tried to lay the groundwork to make running this club as easy as possible and that has meant quite a few changes especially with technology. Things take time and not everything works
- ut but we keep moving on and find ways to improve. As always we appreciate
feedback and assistance in any area. What really makes a great Club is getting involved, working with your peers, racing with them, and getting outdoors and getting on that bike!! Another big year coming up, lots of racing in all disciplines, we have the first in a long while training camps, new races at Calga and what else could this year bring? Thanks greatly to the committee and our core of regular volunteers and club position holders for keeping things running and doing an enormous amount of work with the presentation night, the racing, organisation of training and juniors and all of the other tasks to keep the wheels in motion. Couldn’t do any of this without all the help and time given up everyone so a massive thanks to all! Tonight we acknowledge and celebrate those who have achieved at Club, State and even National Level, but don’t forget it’s the participation that really matters. We will also show our appreciation to all those who offer their support to the Central Coast Cycling Club. Enjoy the night and see you at the races. Cheers, Brendan. CCCC Mission Statement
