  3. Governance and Operating Model Key Focus 1. Establishing new operating model with transparent and accountable governance 1. Financial management to establish extent to expenditure 2. Provide a strong domestic competition 3. National Teams to develop 2 year programmes and establish pathway between squads (give consideration to GB situation) 4. Development Plans – Neal Rayner Progress • 2 new clubs – Kirkintillock & Kilsyth, Aberdeen University • New coaches qualifications: 25 Level1 & 6 Level2 Key Areas • Increasing the number of Greater Glasgow clubs • Education: increasing number of coaches & more (Glasgow Education week) • Developing the performance pathway for our juniors • Helping clubs plan & govern better • Developing the beginning of polo pathway & recruiting players 30/08/2015 9

National Squad - Boys • Four sections : Junior (1998), Youth (2000), Academy (2002) & Development (1999+) operating as two Training squads. • Regular training scheduled throughout the year at Dunfermline / NSA. • Only Squad members are selected for teams. Player recommendations from Clubs encouraged at any time. • 1999+ Summer Development Camp - Eger (25-30 June 2015) • 2000+ & 2002+ BWMF Cup, Lloret de Mar (29 August-6 September 2015) • 1998+ North Sea Cup, Denmark (25-27 September 2015) • 1998+ Baltic Amadeus Trophy, Lithuania, (21-25 October 2015 – ) • 2002+ 2016 Inter Regions (November TBC) 30/08/2015 13

National Team - Women • 7 training weekends per year, primarily based at NSA, Stirling • Looking at alternative competition / tournament to replace the North Sea Cup 2015 • Compete in 8 Nations in Czech Rep. 15/17 July 2016 • Compete in 2016 North Sea Cup • Caledonia competing in BWPL – Division 1 30/08/2015 14

National Team - Men • Establish a training programme primarily based at Tollcross • Create Scotland A Development squad with aspiration to identify competitions • Looking at alternative competition / tournament to replace the North Sea Cup Sept / Oct ’15 period – Management Team investigating • Compete in 8 Nations in May 2016 in Malta • Compete in 2016 North Sea Cup 30/08/2015 15

Technical Officials – Murray McLeod • Need to develop more, and a need to develop our current, technical officials: delegates, referees and table officials • Referees & table officials course was held at the Summer Camp 31 st July – 2 nd August • Lots of opportunity for development, just see the National Teams programmes – they often need referees to attend • Looking to put referees to LEN school • Referees seminar is being prepared 30/08/2015 16
