For the MSU application, you may need your UIC code. This UIC code is on your transcript, which can be found in your Student Portfolio in Skyward.
Application Information Be accurate. Be complete. Write down your passwords. Keep a hard copy.
Pay by check, debit card or credit card. If you have free or reduced lunch, see your counselor for a fee waiver.
Your Parchment registration code was sent to your portageps.org email back in the spring. Please see the Parchment handout for simple instructions. If you have any questions, see Mrs. King in the Counseling Office.
All are sent electronically through Parchment. Transcripts requested electronically anywhere are now free. Once you graduate, there will be a fee. $1.oo for each paper transcript
Use the registration code link from your Portage email account.
The first step in Parchment is to view official transcript from PCHS.
You should verify that everything is correct. If you have concerns regarding your transcript, contact your high school counselor.
Using your registration code will confirm the information for you, since
we are using your Skyward information for Parchment.
If you do not use your registration code, be sure to put in matching data
for Parchment. For example, if you birth date does not match what you have in Skyward, applications will get delayed.

Send your transcript to the Common Application, if you are using the Common Application.
On the Parchment website, type in the search box "Common App" and it will come up on a list, hit select, then enter your Common App ID number, and follow the prompts. With the Common Application, DO NOT request your transcript to the college directly, as that is not correct, and these requests will be deleted. Request your transcript to be sent to Common Application.
