slide-37
SLIDE 37

Helpful Parchment Hints……

 The first step in Parchment is to view official transcript from PCHS.

You should verify that everything is correct. If you have concerns regarding your transcript, contact your high school counselor.

 Using your registration code will confirm the information for you, since

we are using your Skyward information for Parchment.

 If you do not use your registration code, be sure to put in matching data

for Parchment. For example, if you birth date does not match what you have in Skyward, applications will get delayed.

slide-38
SLIDE 38

Helpful Parchment Hints Continued..

 Use appropriate personal emails for colleges, FAFSA and

Parchment transcript information. Remember that the high school email address will disappear after you graduate.

 You may not want hotstuff@yahoo.com for example.

slide-39
SLIDE 39

Send your transcript to the Common Application, if you are using the Common Application.

On the Parchment website, type in the search box "Common App" and it will come up on a list, hit select, then enter your Common App ID number, and follow the prompts. With the Common Application, DO NOT request your transcript to the college directly, as that is not correct, and these requests will be deleted. Request your transcript to be sent to Common Application.
