an environment that is encouraging of equity-based discussion and practice in our office, our classrooms, and in general practice

Customer Service in Office
Slight overall improvement
Discrepancies in feedback between contract and adjunct faculty
Contracts indicated improvement Adjuncts indicated decline
Results from both surveys indicated a need for continued work and
growth in customer service practices
