Our AUOs

Outcome 1.1 Student Success - Students will be able to achieve personal and educational goals with a 2-year comprehensive educational plan in arts and/or languages.

 Outcome 1.2 - Office Effectiveness - The School of

Arts and Languages office will provide effective and positive support to faculty, staff, and students.

 Outcome 1.3 Promote Equity - The SAL will promote

an environment that is encouraging of equity-based discussion and practice in our office, our classrooms, and in general practice

Outcome 1.4 Provide leadership and direction for scheduling - The SAL office will provide relevant data and related training in order to better lead and direct the development of class schedules to meet student demands and needs

 Faculty want content that will impact classroom practice  No trends regarding times, days, formats

 Customer Service in Office

 Slight overall improvement

 Discrepancies in feedback between contract and adjunct faculty

 Contracts indicated improvement  Adjuncts indicated decline

 Results from both surveys indicated a need for continued work and

growth in customer service practices
