Class Scheduling Timeline for 2020-2021

Fall Recommendation Day: Tuesday, November 12

  • You will receive a recommendation day form in your 1st block.

SVGS and Morning VCTC students will receive the form when they check-in.

  • Discuss your options for 2020-2021 with your current teachers.
  • Fill out your recommendation day form completely and give it to your fourth block teacher.

Student/Counselor Individual Meetings: Mid-November through March

  • You will meet individually with your school counselor to review your 2020-2021 course

selections and make changes. Spring Recommendation Day: Thursday, April 2

  • Review & discuss your options for 2020-2021 with your spring teachers.
  • Parents/Guardians will be notified of your selections prior to the end of the school year.

2020-2021 Class Schedule: Late July

  • You will have access to your 2020-2021 class schedule.

Scheduling Implications The Mentorship Program needs up to two free blocks, for one semester, in the senior’s schedule. Students can choose to complete the Mentorship Program in the summer prior to senior year. Mentorship primarily occurs in either semester of senior year.
