Weekly SBA Newsletter Procedures

• Email usflawsec@gmail.com from

your org’s official email

• Please include a blurb about your

event and a jpeg photo

• Flyer photos will be smaller this

year, please don’t put on too much information

• Emails must be received

by 12pm each Thursday in order to be included in the SBA newsletter.

Tables on the Student Boulevard

• SBA is in charge of the 2 tables and 4 chairs along the long wall
• Dean’s Office monitors the 2 tables and 4 chairs by the women’s restroom
• In order to use the SBA tables, please email usflawsec@gmail.com with the

date and times

• If you need more tables, please indicate in your email and I will coordinate

with the Dean’s Office

• You are responsible for getting the extra tables from the Dean’s Office and

return them to the Dean’s Office

Club Lockers

• Each club is entitled to one free locker in the Student

Boulevard

• Please see me after the presentation to confirm your
• rganization’s locker

SBA Student Senate Meetings

• Held the first Wednesday
• f each month during the

dinner hour (5:30-6:20pm)

• Each club must provide at

least one representative

• September 4
• October 2
• November 6

Diversity Week

• Save the Date! Week of October 14 is Diversity Week
• Student Orgs will be allowed to put on events that week
• If your club wants an event during Diversity week, a request must be sent to

usflawsec@gmail.com by Sept. 23 (include date and time)

• Student Orgs will be allowed to sell food during that week
• If your club wants to sell food during Diversity week, a request must be sent to

usflawsec@gmail.com by Oct. 1 (including date request)
