CONCLUSION

  • CAL FIRE – San Mateo County Fire continues to provide a

cost effective emergency services program to the citizens and visitors of San Mateo County

  • Challenges include our aging emergency automotive fleet and

fire stations

  • We project that personnel costs will decrease in FY 10-11 due

to the Governor's Employee compensation proposals

  • We will participate with other fire agencies in opportunities that

enhance public safety and fiscal responsibility.
