  2. Agenda Item 2 Data Advisory Committee Framework Issue/Concern: Committee Membership 1. New Members At the May 14 th meeting, Sen-Yoni indicated that some submitting entity stakeholders are under-represented. Since submitting entities have different systems and different ways of doing business, they need to have adequate permanent membership representation. Committee members made the following recommendations: • Add a data system representative of the State MH Treatment Facilities under DCF contract Mark Granto will provide suggestion for the additional representative of state-contracted facilities – Mark Granto suggested that Jonathan Hall should make the recommendation, and Jonathan recommended Scott Welcome with Wellpath. We are waiting for a response from Scott. • Have three EHR/EMR permanent representatives instead of one and three permanent provider representatives instead of one Steve Lord will provide suggestions for the additional EHR/EMR and Provider representatives – Tracey reached out to Steve for suggestions, and she is still waiting for a response. 2. New Language Sen-Yoni would like to add the following language in the framework: • Unless otherwise indicated, due to frequent DCF travel restrictions and costs involved in face-to-face meetings, the committee will meet quarterly via GoToMeeting sessions. • For consistency and anticipation, these GoToMeeting sessions will be held in August for First Quarter; in November for Second Quarter; in February for Third Quarter; and in May for Fourth Quarter
