ROLE OF NATIONAL COACHES DEVELOPER • TAKE OWNERSHIP OF COACHES EDUCATION AND TRAINING POLICIES NATIONALLY THROUGH THE BOARD. • KEEP ABREAST OF COACHES DEVELOPMENT NATIONALLY ACROSS ALL SPORT AND ENSURE IMPLEMENTATION WITHIN OUR FEDERATION. • STRATEGIC THINKING REGARDING COACHES DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE FEDERATION. • ENSURE LTPD IS IMPLEMENTED ACROSS ALL DISCIPLINES ON A NATIONAL LEVEL. • ENSURE PM CHANGES IS FILTERED THROUGH TO THE PROVINCIAL COACHES COORDINATORS. • RECEIVE ALL RPL REQUESTS AND CHANNEL IT INTO THE CORRECT PROCESSES. FINAL DECISION WITH BOARD

ROLE OF PROVINCIAL COACHES DEVELOPER • TAKE OWNERSHIP OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING WITHIN THEIR PROVINCE • INITIATE AND LEAD ALL COACHES COURSES/WORKSHOPS/CAMPS IN YOUR PROVINCE. • ENSURE THE BEST PEOPLE IS HARNESSED FOR A SPECIFIC ASPECT OF TRAINING IN PROVINCE. • ENSURE THAT LTPD IS SHARED AND IMPLEMENTED ACROSS THE BOARD IN YOUR PROVINCE. CLUB PROGRAMS/PROVINCIAL PROGRAMS • ACT AS TUTOR AND APPOINT MENTOR (DISCIPLINE AND LEVEL SPECIFIC) FOR LEARNERS WANTING HIGHER LEVEL TRAINING. • ENSURE ALL RESULTS ARE SEND TO THE REGIONAL OFFICE AND EDUCATION COORDINATOR IN TIME, FOR UPDATE OF DATABASE.

ROLE OF VARIOUS PROGRAM MANAGEMENT CHAIRS • ENSURE PROVINCIAL COACHES DEVELOPERS HAS LIST OF TECHNICAL SKILLS AS REQUIRED BY THE VARIOUS COACHING LEVELS. • NO STRUCTURE CHANGES WITHIN ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMMES. CONTENT ADAPTATION TO ENSURE DISCIPLINE STAYS RELEVANT AND UP TO DATE WITH CURRENT TECHNIQUES AND DEVELOPMENTS. CHANNEL CHANGES THROUGH TO NATIONAL COACHES DEVELOPERS. • ASSIST PROVINCIAL DEVELOPERS WITH APPOINTMENT OF BEST TUTORS FOR FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF COACHES IN EACH PROVINCE. • WHERE CONTENT CHANGES, UPDATE LEARNING MATERIAL AND SUPPLY NATIONAL EDUCATION COORDINATOR. • IN DECISION MAKING CONSIDER THE IMPLICATION IT WILL HAVE IN THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING SYSTEM AND ADVICE STEPS WE MUST TAKE. • COMMUNICATE ADDITIONAL PROVINCIAL WORKSHOP/CAMP NEEDS TO PROVINCIAL COACHES DEVELOPERS . • BRING ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT IN LINE WITH OTHER DISCIPLINES RE TIME OF YEAR, QUALIFICATION PROCESS. ETC

ROLE OF PROVINCIAL/REGIONAL OFFICE • ORGANISE VARIOUS COURSES AS INDICATED ON THE NATIONAL CALENDAR. • LIAISE WITH PROVINCIAL COACHES DEVELOPER REGARDING PROGRAM, ASSISTANT DISCIPLINE SPECIFIC EXPERTS REQUIRED, VENUE REQUIREMENTS AND WHAT NEEDS TO BE ON INVITATION FORM I.E. DISCIPLINE LEARNER WANTS TO DO FROM LEVEL 1 UPWARDS. • COMPILE BUDGET WITH INPUT FROM PROVINCIAL COACHES DEVELOPERS • SEND EVENT INVITATION OUT. • ALL LOGISTICAL ARRANGEMENTS REGARDING COURSE/WORKSHOP/CAMP • REGISTRATION OF ALL PROVINCIAL COURSES ON WEBSITE. • UPDATE COURSE ON WEBSITE WITH NAMES OF ALL PARTICIPANTS ATTENDED • ONCE RECEIVE RESULTS FROM PROVINCIAL COACHES DEVELOPER MARK LEARNER WHO HAVE PASSED AS PASSED ON WEBSITE. • INFORM LEARNERS CERTIFICATES AVAILABLE OFF WEBSITE

ROLE OF NATIONAL COACHES COORDINATOR • DISTRIBUTION OF ALL RELEVANT INFORMATION TO THE VARIOUS PM’S AND PROVINCIAL COACHES COORDINATORS. • ARCHIVE ALL COURSE RESULTS AND EVENT ATTENDANCE REGISTERS • ARCHIVE ALL POE’S RECEIVED FROM PROVINCIAL COACHES DEVELOPER • ARRANGEMENT OF ALL LOGISTICAL ARRANGEMENTS OF NATIONAL COACHES COURSES/WORKSHOPS AND CAMPS. (LEVEL 3 AND HIGHER) • KEEP SAGF COACHES DATABASE CURRENT AND UP TO DATE AND SASCOC’S COACHES QUALIFICATION STATUS UPDATED.
