  • Howard S. Jonas founded IDT Corporation in August 1990, and has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since

its inception. Mr. Jonas is also the founder and has been President of Jonas Media Group (f/k/a Jonas Publishing) since its inception in 1979. Mr. Jonas received a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University.

  • Ted Adams is the CEO of IDW Media Holdings and Founder, CEO, and Publisher of the IDW businesses. Since its start in

1999, he has managed IDW’s growth, as well as the addition of the IDW Entertainment and IDW Games divisions. Adams negotiates the company’s film and TV deals and serves as Executive Producer on all of those projects. Under Adams’ leadership, IDW is at the forefront of the digital distribution of comic books. Bleeding Cool magazine named Adams one of the 20 Most Powerful People in Comics and he has been the keynote speaker and honored guest at many comic events including the Diamond Retailer and ComicsPRO summits. Mr. Adams received an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

  • Marc E. Knoller is Chief Operating Officer of the company and had been the Chief Executive Officer of IDW Media

Holdings since its inception through March 2015 and continues to be CEO of CTM Media Group, Inc. Mr. Knoller was an Executive Vice President of IDT Corporation from March 1996 to August 2007. Mr. Knoller joined IDT as a Vice President in March 1991 and also served as a director of its predecessor. Mr. Knoller has served as Vice President of Jonas Media Group (f/k/a Jonas Publishing) since 1991. Mr. Knoller received a B.B.A. from Baruch College.

  • Leslie B. Rozner has been Chief Financial Officer of the Company since inception and CFO of CTM Media Group since

August 2008. Mr. Rozner served as CFO of IDT Spectrum from July 2006 until July 2008. Prior to that time, Mr. Rozner worked as a CPA and provided consulting services to IDT Corporation. Mr Rozner originally joined ITD in 1991 and served as the first CFO of IDT until 1993. Mr. Rozner is a certified public accountant licensed by the State of New York. Mr. Rozner received a BS in Accounting from Brooklyn College of CUNY.

  • Greg Goldstein is President & Chief Operating Officer of IDW Publishing. He manages the day-to-day aspects of IDW’s publishing

business, plays a leading role in acquiring and launching new brands and book imprints for the company, and manages partnerships with external licensors and I/P owners. A veteran publishing and media executive working primarily in the popular arts, Mr. Goldstein received his MS from Columbia University.

  • David Ozer is President of IDW Entertainment. He identifies, develops, and oversees brand extensions across IDW Publishing’s portfolio of

comics and graphic novels for the global television market. A key focus for the division is the financing, development, and production of television series with the goal of securing straight-to-series commitments from networks. Ozer’s background includes executive level roles at Sonar Entertainment, Starz Media/IDT Entertainment, and DIC Entertainment. Mr. Ozer graduated from Emerson College.

  • Chris Ryall is the Chief Creative Officer and Editor-in-Chief of IDW Publishing. He oversees IDW Publishing’s comic-book and graphic-

novel publishing, helping acquire major licenses as well as helping determine the creative approach and creative teams on IDW’s wide array

  • f comic books. He has ranked on Bleeding Cool magazine’s list of the Top 100 Most Powerful People in Comics multiple times. Mr. Ryall

He is managing CTM’s regional directors and operations teams which service over 11,000 locations and 3,500 clients each year. He is an active board member of the International Association of Professional Brochure Distributors. He has been leading CTM operations since 2008.
