Contract Term Three (3) years With two (2) one-year renewal options
Response Guarantee $2,500 Must be a cashier’s check payable, without condition or restrictive endorsement, to the City of Phoenix

Scope of Work 1. 37 Machines – 13 locations PHX, DVT & GYR Locations and machines based on current placement Creative options are encouraged Concepts should meet employee needs
