Plan Project Goals:

  • Improve bike safety along Potomac Avenue and improve connectivity

between Crystal Drive, Four Mile Run Trail, and Potomac Yard Trail

Desire for an improved corridor connection between Potomac Yard and Crystal City for people walking and biking Desire for improved walking and biking tie-ins from the bike lanes at Crystal Drive and the trail connections just south of Glebe Rd.* Reports of issues with vehicles turning into transit lanes* Reports of issues with vehicles blocking existing bike lane Desire for a pedestrian connection (currently, no sidewalk exists) *Out of scope for the resurfacing program, but helpful feedback for future consideration
