Other Guidelines

trust guidelines

– These guidelines include avoiding discussions of topics or behavior that would result in anti- competitive behavior, including restraint of trade and conspiracy to create unfair or deceptive business practices or discrimination, allocation of production, imposition of boycotts and exclusive dealing arrangements.

Resource Criteria

  • MID is seeking between 50 to 150 MW of

Eligible Renewable Energy Resources

  • Minimum net output capacity requirement:

– 10 MW to 50 MW

  • CEC certifiable and registration with WREGIS
  • Environmental Attributes/Renewable Energy

Certificates must be tendered to MID

  • Commence delivery: Q1 2021 - Q1 2023

  • PPAs with 10 year term minimum
  • Only PCC1 resources
  • Scheduling:

– Within MID service territory: MID – Outside of MID service territory: Proposer
