• A Toledo official with direct responsibility for the

water treatment facilities;

• And a Director/Commissioner in charge of public

utilities from each contracting community

Council members reject the Ordinance within 45 days after it is placed on the agenda

• f Toledo’s water utility and may submit amendments as it

deems necessary

• So long as the proposed amendments are supported by

existing or projected revenue, the Clerk of Toledo Council shall incorporate an amendment to the CIP into an

• rdinance and place on the agenda
