Chapter Opera7ons Management Tool (COMT)

The COMT is the main performance report for chapters. To assist with Chapter planning and evaluate performance, each chapter is required to complete & submit the COMT by June 30, 2017. More info can be found at hLp://www.asse.org/oc/comt/. 2016-2017 Chapter Recogni7on Program Chapters receive points based on the informa9on submiLed through the COMT tool. Chapter's ac9vi9es and programs throughout the year earn them various levels of recogni9on. The 2016-2017 recogni9on model is as follows:

Sydney Finkelstein Sydney Finkelstein is the Steven Roth Professor of Management and Faculty Director, Tuck Center for Leadership at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, where he teaches courses on Leadership and Strategy.
