Our Solution
Raised $12.9m from state and local governments in Alabama and Tennessee and Redstone Gateway partners
Construct new gate ¾ mile south with two additional lanes and widen Rideout Road.
Modified Alabama law to:
Allow “ City Of Huntsville Federal Building Authority” (FBA) to be
used as a conduit for execution of funds from multiple sources
Change definition of “ industrial access funds” so term “ industrial”
now includes military facilities
FBA contracted with existing proven Redstone Garrison construction contractors to perform the work
Utilized existing EUL Agreement with Corporate Office Properties Trust to execute and transfer improvements to the Army
