welcomed into their communities early after arrival; provided with options for supports made available on an

  • ngoing basis that are client-focused, accessible, and culturally

appropriate and that safeguard their economic integration, health and wellbeing and language training goals; and

invited to participate in, and contribute to, their Toronto North

community.

To develop and implement a Settlement Strategy that brings a wide range of community stakeholders together to collaboratively identify key challenges and possible

 Hosted a Citizenship Test Training for

  • rganizations;

 Piloted 3 new citizenship test classes including

tracking client outcomes and curriculum development;

 Initiated dialogue with CIC and MCI to learn more

about the new CLARS (Coordinated Language Assessment and Referral System) structure.
