PURPOSE
- Airports Company South Africa hereby invites proposals for suitably qualified and
experienced service provider for the provision of Retail Transaction Management Solution at Airports Company Nationwide. ACSA’s terms and conditions shall apply in accordance with the distinct agreements which shall be concluded with the preferred service provider once the contract is awarded.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Bidders’ Acceptance of ACSA’s terms and condition;
- Proof of Bidder’s registration on the National Treasury Central Supplier
Database (CSD, www.csd.gov.za);
- Bidders must have a minimum of five (5) years proven relevant
experience in providing Retail Transaction Management Solution;
- Bidders to provide reference letters from a minimum of three (3) clients
where bidders provided similar services over the past five (5) years;
- Bidders must provide Regulatory and Compliance Certificates from
Uptime Institute such as ISO27001 or any other hosting certificate;
- Bidder should submit a valid & original Tax Clearance Status PIN;
TECHNICAL EVALUATION

Bidders must first meet the Administrative Requirements before proceeding to technical evaluation.
- No bid will be regarded as an acceptable bid if it fails to achieve the
minimum qualifying score for functionality;
- Only bidders scoring at least the minimum threshold points for each
criterion of functionality will be considered for further consideration.

SCOPE OF WORKS OVERVIEW
Airports Company South Africa expects the successful bidder to demonstrate the following experience and expertise to successfully deliver against the scope and
- bjectives of this project. The successful bidder will be responsible for
implementing, support and maintaining the Retail Transaction Management Solution. The RTMS solution should allow for the collection of point of sale transaction data, perform analysis of passenger purchasing behaviour and products that are
- n demand as well as accurately provide input in assuring the revenue due to
ACSA.
