  11. Positive Feedback I think the Preventing Infection Workbook for General Practice 2 nd Edition is comprehensive and will contribute towards IPC standards as required by the regulations and interpreted for use in primary care. Elaine Biscoe, National Nursing Advisor, Care Quality Commission – Head Office, London The Workbook is brilliant! Really engaging and builds on the last Preventing Infection Workbook and Guidance for General Practice. I read it from cover to cover in one go as I found it really interesting. Dr Brookes also thought it was really well thought out – good links to extra information as required and presented in a way that was suitable for all levels. (‘Outstanding’ CQC rating – being in the top 3% of Practices in the whole country) Marie Brookes MCSP, Managing Partner, Reeth Medical Centre, Reeth, Richmond I would like to say I have used the Preventing Infection Workbook and Guidance for Health and Social Care for both existing staff, as a refresher and for new starters. The booklets have received high praise from the individuals using them and they have been a great tool for provoking important discussions relating to hygiene standards. Mandy McCarthy‐Ward, Care Home Training Manager, Ashmere, Derbyshire
