How is BioBANG

BioBANG is the innovative, effective and efficient cavitator that transfers 100% of the energy to the fluid. Cavitation breaks up and permanently liquefies all types of biomass, even low-cost types, resulting in its immediate digestion in biogas and biomethane systems. BioBANG is the future standard to the biomass treatment and pretreatment for any plant.

Benefits for the end customers:

INCREASE PLANT’S YELD BioBANG increases the production of Biogas and Biomethane, reducing the amount of biomass that must be loaded every day. IMPROVE THE MIXING BioBANG improves energy conservation offered by the mix because it drastically reduces the viscosity of biomass. BIOMASS SAVING BioBANG increases the digestibility of fibres, even low-cost types, and reduces the retention of biomass.

Installation method

Applied research in the field of waste enhancement and integrated management systems

  • Dott. Mirco Garuti (CRPA)
  • bypass connection on first digester
  • It take the product from the top of the

digester

  • It treats only the 20-30% of of fiber that is

not easily digested by bacteria

  • Direct recirculation of treated biomass in the

lower part of the digester

  • It doesn’t compete with the bacteria
  • MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY !!

how improve plant’s efficiency with BioBANG

1) Gradually reduce the use of the mixers in the system:

The viscosity of cavitated products is distinctly lower. The mixers will consume a lot less.

2) Reduce the ratio of liquid to solid:

Once product viscosity has reduced, less dilution is required. Retention time will increase considerably, to the advantage of the yeld.

3) Gradually reduce the amount of feed and use low-cost waste fibers to feed the plant:

The guaranteed breakdown offered by BioBANG makes it possible to digest even the cheapest, most difficult products, so make good use of them!
